Mit ganzem Herzen / With All My Heart

Inspiriert durch den Workshop, hab ich mich dann doch wieder mal allein, ohne Vorlage an eine Karte im einfacheren Stil gewagt. Wie ich immer wieder gerne erwähne, nicht so richtig mein Ding, aber ich glaube, dieses Mal ist es mir gelungen, denn diese Karte kam dabei heraus und ich guckte sie an und dachte: Hey, ich mag dich!

Inspired from the workshop I gathered all my courage one more time and tried to make a simple card Stampin' Up style, but without using another card as guidance, just me and my stamps, inks and papers. Usually this is bound to go pear shaped, but this time I actually think I did it, because this is the card I made and I looked at it and thought: Hey, I like you!

Ich mochte sie genau genommen sogar so sehr, daß ich in der gleichen Art, farblich allerdings leicht abgewandelt, kleine Dankeskärtchen gebastelt habe, die ich eigentlich meinen Flohmarktbriefen beilegen wollte, aber das hab ich natürlich vergessen, ich bin ja, was so was angeht, einfach nicht zu gebrauchen. Schrecklich.

I liked them enough to make some little thank you notes in the same style, just using a lighter pink, which I intended to send out with the packages from my stamp sale, but as it is always the case with me, I forgot when I packed them *sigh*.

Und hier nochmal im Detail. Ich denke zwar, aus mir wird nie wirklich eine puristische Stemplerin werden, aber diese Karte könnte so oder so ähnlich öfter mal die richtige Wahl sein.

And a closeup. I still believe I'll never be someone who makes these simple, beautiful cards on a regular basis, but this card will probably come hin handy from time to time and i'll keep it in mind for when I need a non-cute and more simple card.
