Stempel-Magie #57 - Blumensamenverpackung / Flower Seed Packaging

And there goes March. Each year I've got the feeling time is moving even faster than the year before, it's madness. Just one more week and my move is already 3 months in the past, can you believe it? Especially since I still feel the echo of the whole thing painfully at times ;o)
But the end of March also means that it is about time you get some flowery life going in your gardens or on your balconies and I think our new challenge at Stempel-Magie is the perfect match for that, because for the next 2 weeks we would like to see creative, gorgeous handcrafted ways to "gift-wrap" flower seeds.

This challenge really did give me a headache, because my team mates really got the ball rolling with such fantastic ideas and I had a hard time coming up with something I liked just as much, but didn't copy any of their ideas. And while doing some websearching I stumbled across a card shape, which is called boxcard and in which you can pack up not too bulky things perfectly to give them away. On first glance it looks like an ordinary card.

But if you slip the belly band off a little box will unfold on the inside. You can also put little gift tags or punchouts in this boxcards. Or gift cards, cinema tickets, anything which isn't to big and relatively flat.
Due to the belly band I kept my card pretty clean and simple.

And when I finally finished my card - as if this hadn't been enough of a headache already LOL - I couldn't find the bags of flower seeds I especially bought to put in that card. So typical. Sadly I only had a bag of chervil seeds as an alternative for my pictures ;o)

Happy Thursday everone! It's Hanna-day and today we have card type as our challenge for you. We would like to see Center Step Cards :o) If you never made such a card before, hop over to the Hanna Challenge Blog, Kiki prepared a sketch for you on how to make such a card.
