Stamp with fun #113 Im Garten / In the Garden

Guten Morgen zusammen! Montag, eine kurze Woche. Für mich persönlich eine super stressige Woche, denn ich muß Urlaubsvertretung für den Manager für Osteuropa machen und das ist leider nie besonder spaßig (ich bin schon happy, daß das Telefon übers Wochenende geschwiegen hat, kein Witz). Drückt mir die Daumen, daß die Woche schnell vergeht und mir nicht wieder eine Hand voll grauer Haare beschert.

Good morning everyone! Monday, I short week for us here in Germany. For me personally it'll probably be a very stressful week, since I am acting as a holiday standin for our IT Manager for Eastern Europe and that usually means nothing good for me ( I am still thinking every god I know that my phone stayed quiet over the weekend so far, no kidding!). Keep your fingers crossed for me that this week will be over soon and I'll manage without a new bunch of grey hair.

Aber kommen wir zu den angenehmeren Dingen dieses Lebens. Unsere neue Challenge bei Stamp with fun. Diese Woche haben wir ein Thema für euch, das da lautet "im Garten". Ehrlich, ich wollte eine Karte machen. Aber irgendwie ist gerade mein Karten-Mojo auf Urlaub oder so, denn egal was ich auch gemacht habe, mein inneres Auge zeigte die mir die wildestens, kreativsten, unmöglichsten Dinge, aber nichts davon war eine Karte. Also hab ich heute für euch ein Windlicht. Und ein ziemlich großes noch dazu. 20cm hoch, 10cm breit und tief, ein Ungetüm. Aber es mußte so werden, denn ich hatte mir einen Schmetterlingsschwarm in den Kopf gesetzt und der braucht Platz *lach*

But lets talk about nicer things. Our new Challenge at Stamp with fun. We have theme for you this week, which is "In the Garden". I swear I intended to make a card, I really did. But my inner eye kept conjuring the most amazing, creative, wild and totally impossible ideas for this theme, none of which came even close to being a card. Which is the reason why I present you a latern. And a really big one at that. 20cm (8') tall, 10cm (4') deep, a true monster. But it had to be this big, because my mind stubbornly insisted I needed a whole cluster of butterflies on this thing and well... they need space, obviously LOL.

Die Lampe besteht aus zwei Teilen. Einem Bodenteil, der mit der Grasbordüre verkleidet ist und dem Lampenkorpus an sich, den man ganz einfach abnehmen kann, um z.B. die Kerze oder das Teelicht zu tauschen.

This lamp consists of 2 parts. A base, which is framed but the punched grass border to hide it somewhat and the lamp body, which can easily be liftet to switch the candle or tealight.
